MS Excel (2013) Opening Files from 97-2003 Not Enough Memory/Space Issue

Start RUN > ketik dcomcnfg enter
Klik Component Services, Computers, My Computer, DCOM Config (klo ada tanya no no aja dah), Klik kanan Microsoft Excel Application, pilih properties, pilih tab identity, pilih interactive user. Klik OK. Cobain lagi excelnya

Hi RTM2007 can you also have a look in Excel at 
File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings… > Protected View
uncheck all those boxes, restart Excel and try again?
